Its all 'gonging' on ...

Lots has been happening my end. The mini retreats are proving popular, working in partnership with my gorgeous friend from Pulse Pilates, Lynzy. We held another wonderful evening for the ladies of Essex, which included pilates,

powerful breath, vocal chakra toning and ending on a dreamy soundscape playing our symphonic gongs. The added addition of some other curious instruments took the ladies off to another dimension. We'll be back in Little Warley very soon.
