Raising your energetic vibration🌟

Every living, breathing human has an energetic field which is made up of particles

that are in constant motion as they vibrate they create energy, this is referred to as our

vibrational field. These fields are physical and spiritual. When we're feeling low or ill

our energetic field is low too. Below are simple hacks to change your mood, uplift and

raise your natural vibration.


~ walk in nature

~ declutter your home

~ take a bath with Epsom salts

~ sit in the sunshine

~ practice gratitude

~ swim in the sea

~ be kind

~ meditate

~ listen to healing frequency tones

~ hug someone

~ take a break from technology

~ do some gardening

~ be empathetic

~ stay hydrated

~ kitchen dance

~ practice forgiveness

~ be with animals

~ laugh with friends

~ cook a wholesome meal

~ pick fresh flowers
